In Math Andy did IXL.  In IXL we do money.  We have three groups.  The group are Meet with Teacher, Choice Time and IXL, and Independent Work.  In Math we are regrouping.

The Halloween Parade is tomorrow, 10-31-14.

Today in Writing we had Author's Chair.  There were only 2 stories read.  Andy had a story called Thanksgiving.  Jorge had a story called The Skeleton Trick-or-Treating.

Today we did poetry and Music.  Also we did regrouping in Math.  We did writing and we are also learning about laws.  We had Library.

Today in calendar we counted the tens and ones.  We also did the date.  In P.E. we did the October mile run.  Today in Math Mr. Johnson switched the rotations.  In recess today we played a game.  In Guided Reading Me and Isabella were reading a book called Spiders.  In Art we finished our Frankenstein.  In morning meeting we thought of a law we knew.

No school on October 27th.  Care Center on October 24th.

I am proud of Brynn today for telling Dorothy the rules of the game.

Today we did Morning Meeting.  We shared anything we wanted.  In Math we did a test.  When we were done we did a math center or IXL.  Then we went to Music and lunch.  Then we did rotations.  I hope you enjoy this writing of Ceilus!

Me and Ceilus played a Math game today.  Me, Ceilus, Alli, and Elizabeht played horses at recess.  We did adjectives in writing.

Today Jorge was calendar.  Brynn is the teacher's helper.  Timothy and Isabella played a center together in Math.

Today we learned new songs in Music.  We had a new music room.  In Word Study it was fun.  In Science we tested how long it took us to put the chips in the cup.

Today in Calendar we did money.  In morning meeting we had to say our favorite animal.  In Math we are learning about adding ones.  In recess I played on the swings.  In Spelling my partner was Dorothy.  We had a substitute.  Her name was Miss C.  In Guidance we learned about cooperating and raising our hands.

Late start on October 13.  No school on October 27.

Things About School, by Stephanie

Today in Calendar we did the month of October.  It was fun.  In Show and Tell Dorothy brought a plan to make a flower and Brynn brought her piggy bank and told us about it.  In Math we did different kinds of problems.  And in rotations I went with Mrs. Manz, my second rotation was Read to Self, my third rotation was Read to Someone.  I hope you like this writing of Stephanie.

Late start on October 13.  Remember to wear blue tomorrow!  I am proud of Mileny today because she crossed the monkey bars today at recess.

Today we had P.E. and we learned healthy things and not healthy things.  One healthy food is vegetables and fruits, and also meat.

We get to have our new center book.  Some people get to do IXL  I like to go to the table because we get to do Math. It is fun.
