Mother's Day Gifts

Today Gabe did calendar.  Today we worked on Mother's Day for our mothers.  It is almost the last day of school.  It is almost the last time doing Buddy Test.  Our last Buddy Test will be on Friday.

Today we didn't practice our music for our spring concert.  We had a fitness test for P.E.  We had a practice Math test.  Today we also did our posters about what we have done this year.  Each person has their own month.  It was really fun.  In writing we worked on our published stories.

What We Were Doing Today

We are learning about counting hundreds.  You have a place mat with you if you need help.  You count how many tens, ones, and hundreds.  Today we practiced our music program for our spring concert.

The Tooty-Ta

Today we decorated our door for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.  On our door we put lots of chocolate.  We made a big gummy worm.  It was fun.  Destiny was the calendar helper.  Calendar was fun.  We did feet to tell about Mr. Johnson.  We did the Tooty-ta during writing.

What We did Today

In the morning, David did calendar.  Kaleigh, David, and I had show and tell.  22 chicks hatched, and it was cool.  In Science, we took a pie pan, and play-dough, put the play-dough in the pie pan, and put a crayon in the play-dough.  Then we put the pie pan on two books and put it in the sun.  We thought the crayon would melt.  It didn't.  We tried it two times, but it never worked.

Chicks are Awesome!

We watched a live video about the baby chicks hatching in Mr. Brenn's room.  We are learning about things in the Milky Way and the Milky Way.  We are learning about building 1,000.  In chapter book we read about Nancy and his friend Mac.  Nancy was a boy and Mac was a girl.  Then we read about Steven and Jason, and then about Louis.  We watched the 3rd grade present their poems.  We wrote newsletters today.
