I am doing word study on the computer.  It is fun to do word study on the computer.  I have 20 words to type on the computer.  The timer went off, it is time to pack up.  But first I will read my blog.  Then Mr. Johnson will say the ticket out.

Today in Calendar we did talking time.  The chat pack was if you could change something in your house, what would it be?  I met with Mrs. Northwick.  Then me and Jack worked on our cave.  Jack had to leave early.  We had the ticket out.  Then we went home.

Mr. Johnson's Birthday

First, almost all of us ran in the Health Run.  Then we did calendar.  In calendar we did straws, the lunch menu, the date, money, students helpers, and schedule.  Then we did Math.  In Math we learned more about capacity.  We had recess after Math.  I played tag with Ryan.  After recess we had Music.  We practiced our sprint concert songs.  We had read aloud.  We read Ramona the Pest.  Then we had lunch.  We had hamburger pizza and cooked broccoli and peaches.  Then we had second recess.  After recess we had Language Arts Block.  It was fun.  Then we read Daisy-Head Mayzie.  Then recess.  We had a lot of people playing tag.  We had Library  We had a guest reader!  Then we had Writing.  We worked on our "Oh the Places I'll Go" writing.  Then we had round four.  I worked on the blog.  After that, Mr. Johnson typed the blog.  Today is Mr. Johnson's birthday!

We're going to the Care Center tomorrow.

Things We Did

Today in Math we talked about measuring capacity with water.  I learned that it doesn't matter how big the cup is it matters about how much.  It was recess time.  Me, Caleb, and Ryan worked on making tunnels.  We had P.E.  We played catch.  I played with Caleb.

Ryan's Good Blog

We had the Health Run.  I was there half the time.  Everyone went back to their classrooms.  We did Calendar.  We did some math.  We had a test with mints and gum.  It was recess time.  I was pushing Roxy all around the snow in her sled.  When we came in we got our P.E. shoes on and went into the gym.  We played Head and Tails Tag.  We played Good Foods and Bad Foods too.  P.E. was fun.  We changed our shoes and made our plans for this afternoon.  We did not read Ramona the Pest because we took a picture for a New York school.  All of us held Dr. Seuss books.  We had lunch.  We had some of Dr. Seuss's birthday cake.  It was good.  Then we had recess again. I was pushing three or two people on Roxy's sled.

Tomorrow is Dr. Seuss's birthday.
